This recipe is a weeknight staple! I like to make two pans at once so I can serve one and freeze the other. It’s perfect for busy nights or when you just can’t believe you have to serve supper AGAIN!
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs, such as Gefen
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 large eggs
1 (14-ounce) can Gefen Jellied Cranberry Sauce
17 ounces Tonnelli Spicy Barbecue Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, spices, and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Form the mixture into balls and divide between two 9×13 pans.
Combine the sauce ingredients and pour half into each pan.
Cover and bake for one hour.
