1. Prepare three bowls to coat chicken. Put ﬂour in one bowl. Combine eggs and ketchup in another bowl. Combine corn ﬂake crumbs and spices in a third bowl.
2. Prepare a 9×13-inch pan with 1/4 to 1/2 inch of oil. Dredge chicken in ﬂour, then eggs, and lastly with crumbs. Place in pan, face-down.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake another 30 minutes.
