Oyster Steak

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 pounds oyster steak

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking dish with Gefen Parchment Paper and set aside.

2.

In a bowl, mix together the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub onto the meat.

3.

Place in the baking dish and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.

4.

Let cool for 10 minutes. Slice thinly.
