Diets These homemade crispy wonton crackers are a great addition to a light, summery meal. Yield: 50 crackers
3 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons Pereg Black Pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup Gefen Olive Oil
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped thyme (you can use parsley or rosemary as well)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 2 baking sheets with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Cut wonton wrappers in half (pile one on top of each other and then cut in half for easy and even cutting).
Lay wonton pieces on baking sheets.
In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Using a pastry brush, brush oil on wontons.
Sprinkle seasoning on wontons.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and top with chopped thyme.
Bake for seven to nine minutes, until wontons are slightly browned and crispy.
