Diets 2 tablespoons butter, melted
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, such as Tuscanini
1/2 teaspoon paprika
crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
freshly grated Tuscanini Parmesan
1 pound baby potatoes, halved
1/3 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon Tuscanini Truffle Oil
freshly grated Tuscanini Parmesan
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Drizzle the butter onto a baking sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika and red pepper flakes, if using, over the top. Grate your parmesan directly over the spices, creating a hefty layer for the potatoes.
Place the potatoes, cut side down, on the parmesan and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes. If you notice they’re starting to burn, lower your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove from oven and serve with truffle aioli.
Stir together the mayo and truffle oil and parmesan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
