Apple kugel is simply a classic, and this recipe is a really easy way to prepare it for Passover.
4 Granny Smith apples, 2 sliced and 2 shredded
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
8 eggs
1/2 cup Manischewitz Potato Starch
1/2 cup oil
Gefen Cinnamon and sugar, for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, combine apples, sugar, eggs, potato starch, and oil.
Pour into a greased eight- by 10-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake for two hours, or until golden. You can also bake these in muffin tins for about 12–16 minutes.

Baker123 I really liked this recipe, is there a way I can make this not kosher for Pesach?
was delicious, halved the recipe in a 9 inch round didn’t even shred just sliced apples.
BEST APPLE KUGEL EVER!!!!!!!! literally the best thing i’ve ever tasted. i’m gf so this is a keeper! tastes like a heavenly apple muffin!
Great recipe.. tweak directions I knew 2 hours was too long to bake so I took it out after 1 hour and it was perfect! Probably could use less eggs. I made it in a 9 inch round tin and it was beautiful.
Not the best Directions I placed it in a 9×13 pan. 2 hours was too long to bake, it was burnt. I think 1-1.5 hours would have sufficed. Otherwise it was easy and yummy.
