3 eggs, beaten
16 egg blintzes, cut into noodles
4 apples, coarsely grated
1 cup ground walnuts
1/4 cup chicken fat or oil, plus additional for the pan
1 cup sugar
Heat oil in a 12-inch frying pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into the frying pan and cook over low flame for 20 minutes or until golden. Turn over and fry another 10 minutes or until done.
