Makes about 50
Follow instructions on box. Grease a mini muffin tin.
Mash the bananas really well and mix in.
Fold in 3/4 cup chocolate chips.
Fill mini muffin tin halfway and sprinkle a few chips on top. These rise a lot so don’t overfill.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes until the muffin tops spring back when you touch them.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
