These taste like chametz! I had to hide the batch from my 5-year-old because he kept helping himself.

Ingredients

Passover Banana Double Chocolate Muffins

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips, divided

Directions

Prepare the Passover Banana Double Chocolate Muffins

1.

Follow instructions on box. Grease a mini muffin tin.

2.

Mash the bananas really well and mix in.

3.

Fold in 3/4 cup chocolate chips.

4.

Fill mini muffin tin halfway and sprinkle a few chips on top. These rise a lot so don’t overfill.

5.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes until the muffin tops spring back when you touch them.

6.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
