Passover Chicken Nuggets


This is a really amazing recipe for when you want to fry chicken but prefer it to be battered rather than fried. Each chicken nugget comes out perfectly crispy with a moist center. Serve this with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!


1. Heat 1/4 cup vegetable oil in large frying pan.
2. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients well.
3. Dip chicken pieces into batter and cover chicken well.
4. Using a fork, gently place chicken into hot oil and let fry on each side for about three minutes or until golden brown.
5. Remove and drain on paper towel. Serve hot.
