Diets Kosher for Passover banana bread is here!
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup butter/margarine OR 1/4 cup vegetable or walnut oil (use either oil or butter/margarine NOT BOTH)
1/2 cup sugar or Gefen Honey
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Almond Flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
Place bananas in a mixing bowl and mash them. Add the rest of your ingredients. Mix well and then pour into a loaf pan or muffin cups.
Bake for 50 minutes to one hour.

I doubled this and made in a 9×13. Came out delicious! So good in fact, I’m making for second days 🙂
can i make these into muffins
Yes, just keep an eye on them as they’ll bake faster than the cake. When a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, they’re done!
This was absolutely delicious. It’s a little bit lighter than the traditional banana bread and I really liked the consistency. The chocolate and banana flavors really shine here. Plus, it’s so easy to make. This is going to be on my annual Passover menu. Thank you!
