8 ounces pasta, cooked according to package directions and drained (I used penne)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 and 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
5 mushrooms, sliced
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
Add the flour, stirring evenly. When it starts to darken, add milk, heavy cream, and mushrooms. Continue cooking until it returns to a boil.
Add in the cooked and drained pasta and combine all together.
