Pastrami Loaded Wontons Nachos

Start Cooking

Prepare the Pastrami Loaded Wontons Nachos

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Place pastrami in a pan filled with water. Cover and bake for five to eight hours. Once ready, remove from water and shred the pastrami using two forks.

  2. Add about one inch oil to a frying pan and heat to 375 degrees (use a thermometer). Drop wontons into hot oil; once golden, flip. Transfer wontons to a large plate.

  3. Add shredded pastrami on top of the wontons. Add tomatoes, scallions, and avocado, then drizzle garlic mayo.
