2 tablespoons oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
1 large onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Pereg Paprika
1 pound pastrami, sliced
1 bag tortilla chips, scoops preferred, for serving
sliced peppers
chopped scallions
diced tomatoes
guacamole
1/4 cup Gefen Spicy Mayo
1/4 cup Gefen BBQ Sauce
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the onion, garlic, and salt and sauté for a minute or so. Stir in the paprika, lower the heat, and cover. Allow the onions to soften slightly, then add the pastrami and mix until uniform.
Spread the tortilla chips evenly in a large, shallow dish. Scatter the pastrami mixture evenly over the top, followed by your choice of toppings scattered over the top of the pastrami.
Drizzle spicy mayo and BBQ sauce and enjoy!
