Yield: 10 stacks of 4
1 small onion, diced
1 tablespoon oil
12 slices pastrami, cubed
1 tablespoon Telma Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a pan, heat oil and sauté onion until soft. Add pastrami and fry for three minutes. Remove from heat and stir in barbecue sauce.
Lay out puff pastry squares and smear with mayonnaise. Cover with pastrami topping.
Bake for 15 minutes or until dough is puffy.
Serve stacked.
