PB&J the Adult Way

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups blueberries

  • 10 strawberries

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds, divided

  • 1 and 1/2 cups Greek yogurt

Directions

Prepare the Parfait

1.

With a hand blender, blend the blueberries and strawberries separately. Add half a tablespoon of the chia seeds to the blueberries and one and a half tablespoons to the strawberries. Let sit for 10 minutes, or until the fruit congeals a little.

2.

Add the maple syrup and peanut butter to the yogurt and mix well.

3.

Make your yogurt cup by layering yogurt, a layer of strawberries, yogurt, and a layer of blueberries. Top with granola and/or fruit.
