Diets Taste the sweet juiciness of peaches year-round with this crumble made with Beleaves frozen peach slices. Keep them in the freezer for whenever you need a delicious dessert! I added a little bit of cardamom spice, for a warm and slightly citrusy flavor. I highly recommend using it, but if you don’t have it on hand, no worries, the crumble will still wow your guests!
2 bags Beleaves Frozen Peach Slices, thawed (overnight in the fridge or for a few hours at room temperature)
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Cornstarch
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 and 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice and zest
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour, such as Glicks
1/4 cup packed Haddar Brown Sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cardamom (optional)
1/2 cup melted Heaven & Earth Coconut Oil
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the filling ingredients in a nine-inch baking dish.
Combine the topping ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle it over the filling.
Bake for 45 minutes to one hour until the crumble is bubbling and the topping is lightly browned.

should it be served hot or cold? What is nicer?
I like to serve cobblers warm
can i use tinned peaches?
Sure- if they are already sweetened, I’d skip the sugar in the filling.
