Ingredients

Peanut Butter Donut

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 and 1/2 cups flour

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 1/4 cup cold brew coffee

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • pinch of salt

Jelly Icing

  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar

  • 1/4 cup raspberry preserves

  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

Prepare the Donuts

1.

Mix dough all together with a paddle attachment.

Bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit in a donut pan for 15 minutes (knife should come out clean).

3.

To prepare the jelly icing, whisk together and you’re done!
