Ingredients

Peanut Butter Bite Oatmeal Cookies

  • 3/4 cup oil

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup Haddar Brown Sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 and 3/4 cups flour

  • 1 and 1/2 cups oatmeal

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder

  • 1 package peanut butter bites

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2.

Place the first nine ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix by hand using a wooden spoon until almost fully mixed. Unwrap the peanut butter bites and gently break them into the batter (it’s ok if they crumble; more creaminess in each cookie!!). Add the mini chocolate chips and fold into the batter.

3.

Shape into cookies.

4.

Bake on the prepared cookie sheet for 11 minutes.

Notes:

These cookies can be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw at room temperature before serving.

I think they’re peanut butter chips, you can find them in most kosher grocery stores 🙂
