Diets Picture a delightful bite-sized treat that combines the creamy indulgence of peanut butter with the comforting charm of a doughnut hole. These peanut butter
bonbon doughnut holes are a true confectionary masterpiece.
Yields 40 doughnut holes
1 10-ounce (280-gram) package vanilla cookies, finely crushed
1 cup Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar, plus more for dusting
3/4 cup Gefen Creamy Peanut Butter
6 tablespoons softened margarine
10 ounces (280 grams) semisweet baking chocolate, such as Geneve, melted
Place cookies, confectioners’ sugar, peanut butter, and margarine in a bowl and mix until combined and creamy.
Spray your gloved hands with cooking spray and take one tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Continue with the rest of the mixture, respraying your hands after every few balls.
Roll half of the balls in confectioners’ sugar.
Refrigerate the rest of the balls for 15 minutes, then dip them in melted chocolate.
Place on skewers or on a platter to serve.
