1/4 cup water
2/3 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 and 1/2 cups flour
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup confectioner sugar
Pure Foods by Estee Candy-Coated Chocolate Chips for Topping
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, oil, and water and stir over a medium-high flame, until it begins to boil. Remove from heat.
Add the vanilla extract and Pure Foods by Estee chocolate chips and mix to combine.
Add the eggs one at a time and combine until fully integrated.
Add the salt, baking soda, and flour and mix to combine.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and pour in the batter.
In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter and confectioner sugar.
With an ice cream scooper, make balls of the peanut butter mixture. Place randomly on top of the batter and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
Top with Pure Foods by Estee Candy Coated Chocolate Chips.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. (We used a disposable pan; your bake time in a real pan will be about 40 to 45 minutes.)
