Diets This dessert originated with Raizy, who was always serving this up to anyone lucky enough to be around. It became a classic Friendship dessert treat synonymous with the Tesslers! It’s a crowdpleaser and simple and fast to pull together!
1 (8-ounce) non-dairy cream cheese
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 and 1/4 cups Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, defrosted and not whipped, divided
2 tablespoons Gefen Vanilla Pudding mix
chocolate chips
cookie or graham cracker crumbs
Put cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla, confectioners’ sugar, three-fourths of the whipped topping, and the pudding mix in a bowl or container. Mix on low speed until combined, then on high for four minutes.
Heat the remaining whip in the microwave with chocolate chips for about 45 seconds and mix to form a ganache for the top.
Top with crushed cookie crumbs or graham crumbs.
Serve in little shot glasses with mini spoons for the perfect dessert treat that’s great for a crowd.
