This is a chocolate log recipe that is peanut butter flavored. It makes one large log but can be used in any shape/size mold. Or you can spread it thinly on baking sheets to make chocolate bark.
15 oz bar baking chocolate
4 bars dairy plain brown or white chocolate
1/2 bag Oppenheimer’s white chocolate chips
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons Bakers’ Choice dairy white chocolate cream
1 tablespoon chopped Viennese crunch
1/2 cup rice crispies – you can add/remove for more/less crunch
Melt the chocolates together. Add the peanut butter and white chocolate cream and let it melt in. Mix in the chopped Viennese crunch and rice crispies. Pour into the mold of your choice and let set overnight in the fridge/freezer.
It can be served as is. However, you can top it with chopped Viennese crunch, toffee peanuts or peanut butter bark shards. Drizzle more peanut butter and/or chocolate on top to hold it all in place.
