Diets These are definitely a healthier version of a cookie – but be forewarned, I’ve never had just one!!!
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Tuscanini Sea Salt
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
chocolate chips, as desired
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients in a mixer.
Drop onto a baking sheet lined with Gefen Easy Baking Parchment Paper. Bake for nine to 10 minutes.

regular sugar? Can this be made with regular sugar? Would it be the same amount?
