Diets Not your typical peanut butter cookies, but if you like tahini these are a slam dunk.
1 egg
3/4 cup peanut butter (I use crunchy, such asĀ Gefen Crunchy Peanut Butter)
1/4 cup chocolate sesame butter
3/4 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together all ingredients.
Drop onto a cookie sheet, using a tablespoon of batter for each cookie, leaving space between each for spreading.
Bake for 10 minutes.

Do you think I can sub with regular tahini?
You should be able to. Even though the spread is more of a chocolate spread consistency. I would say a tahini spread would be the closest but I think tahini would work.
