If you don’t eat peanuts, you can substitute for almond butter and cashew butter.
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar/extract
Add 3/4 cup of peanut butter and one cup of chocolate chips in a bowl.
Melt it in a microwave or on a stove top.
In a separate bowl, place the powdered sugar, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, and vanilla and give it a good mix until it becomes fully integrated.
Take your melted chocolate-peanut butter mixture and fill the mini cup cake holders halfway. Then, take one teaspoon of your peanut butter-sugar dough and put in the melted chocolate-peanut butter.
Take your melted chocolate- peanut butter and continue filling your holders until you can’t see your dough.
Chill at least 30 min to set.
