Diets What can be a better way of cozying up on a cold winter night than with a steaming cup of hot chocolate? If you’re a peanut butter fan like I am, this recipe was created for you! Yield: 2 servings
1 and 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
2 tablespoons Gefen Peanut Butter
whipped cream
1 bar good-quality dairy chocolate, such as Geneve, broken up
In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the milk until it reaches a boil. Lower the flame and add chocolate chips and peanut butter. Cook for about five minutes, making sure to stir constantly.
Transfer into two mugs. Top with whipped cream and chocolate if desired.
