The ultimate comfort food takes on new dimensions with these three flavors.
5 cups water
16 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup plus 1 cup dairy heavy cream, divided
1 tablespoon Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
4 tablespoons dulce de leche
4 cups whole milk
1/2 a vanilla bean, split lengthwise
4 ounces dairy white chocolate, chopped
dark chocolate shavings
4 ounces semisweet chocolate
2 tablespoons sugar
1 and 1/2 cups milk
2 cups hot freshly brewed coffee
1 tablespoon Binyamina Chocolate Liqueur
miniature marshmallows
Bring five cups water to a boil. Add milk chocolate; keep stirring to dissolve chocolate. Add 1/4 cup cream.
Whip one cup heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Drizzle dulce de leche over whipped cream. Swirl together to form streaks. Do not overmix.
Pour hot chocolate into six mugs. Top with a generous dollop of caramel-streaked cream. Serve immediately.
Heat milk in a medium-sized saucepan until it comes to a simmer. Add vanilla bean and steep for 15 minutes.
Remove vanilla bean. Add white chocolate and whisk to combine until chocolate is melted.
Pour into four mugs; garnish with chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
In a medium saucepan, heat milk, sugar and chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth. Bring to a boil; remove from heat and add coffee and liqueur. Pour into four mugs. Top with miniature marshmallows. Serve immediately.
