4 cups milk
3/4 bar of sugar free dark chocolate (such as Heaven and Earth)
1/3 cup cocoa
1 tablespoon potato starch
pinch of salt
8 packets Gefen Harmony sweetener (more to taste)
In a small pot, mix the cocoa, potato starch, and salt. Add milk. Turn on a low flame and stir until dissolved and milk starts to simmer.
Remove from flame, add chocolate and mix until melted. Add sweetener and stir.
