Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bombs

Main ingredients

  • 8 oz. crunchy peanut butter

  • 8 oz. creamy peanut butter

  • 7 oz. marshmallow fluff

  • 3 and 1/4 cups (Taanug) crisp rice cereal

  • 1 bar nougat flavor chocolate (melted)

  • mini marshmallows

  • 4-5 pieces Viennese crunch (cut into thin slices)

Directions

Prepare the Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bombs

Mix peanut butter and marshmallow fluff until well combined. Add crisp rice and mix again. Form balls with a 1 Tablespoon cookie scoop (press down before taking them out of the scoop so they should be nice and round). Freeze until hardened.

Dip balls in melted chocolate and place on a lined cookie sheet. Place a mini marshmallow and a slice of Viennese crunch on top . Drizzle the top with the rest of the chocolate.

Optional: you can skip the dipping part and just drizzle any chocolate. Enjoy!
