A fun twist on chocolate bark!
Can be eaten alone or used as a garnish for any chocolatey dessert.
6-3.5 oz bars of good quality dark/milk chocolate, chopped
2-3.5 oz bars of good quality white chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup of smooth peanut butter
1 cup of roughly chopped peanuts
1 and 1/2 cups of mini pretzels
Line a sheet pan with wax paper and set aside. Place chopped dark chocolate in a bowl and melt over a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir every 30 seconds until it’s completely melted. Set aside. In another bowl, do the same with white chocolate. Add the peanut butter to the melted white chocolate and stir until combined.
Pour the dark chocolate on to the prepared tray and spread evenly. While it’s still wet, make vertical lines across the top with the white chocolate. With a knife or tooth pick, drag the white chocolate in the opposite direction to create a design. Sprinkle the peanuts and pretzels on top. Chill for 30 minutes or until firm.
To serve, run a knife around the edges of the tray and lift the wax paper off. Starting from a corner, break the bark into large pieces.
