Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon Gefen Honey (optional)

  • approximately 3 teaspoons coconut oil for frying

Directions

Make the Pancakes

1.

Mash banana. Add eggs, almond flour, and cinnamon (and honey, if desired). Mix.

2.

Fold in blueberries. Fry with coconut oil.
