Ingredients

Baked Salmon

  • 4 slices baby salmon

  • 1 tablespoon dried basil

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt

  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper

  • 2 crushed cloves garlic

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Place your salmon fillets in a baking dish. Pour the mixed ingredients evenly over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
