This baked salmon recipe is pure perfection. It’s incredibly easy to make, resulting in flaky, flavorful fish that’s brightened by lemon and herbs. What makes it truly special is how it stays wonderfully moist even when reheated, making it the ideal stress-free Friday night meal.
4 slices baby salmon
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
2 crushed cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Place your salmon fillets in a baking dish. Pour the mixed ingredients evenly over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary slightly based on the thickness of your salmon fillets.
