Diets Non-gebrochts (gluten-free) blondies are pretty much essential in our homes on Pesach. Enjoy warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or glass of milk.
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup ground nuts
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
3/4 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil and nuts.
Add salt, baking powder and potato starch.
Pour into a greased 9- x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle chips on top (if you mix them in they sink to the bottom). Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut into squares when warm.
