1 pound farmer cheese
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sour cream
3/4 cup Gefen Potato Starch
4 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons oil or butter, for frying
Mix all ingredients well until smooth.
Heat oil or butter in eight-inch frying pan. When hot, add cheese mixture and fry until edges are golden, approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
