This apple kugel is super easy to make, and is a perfect addition to a Passover meal. Slice the apples in one bowl, mix the batter in another, pour over the apples and bake! A wonderful, gluten free side dish!
1 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 c potato starch
3/4 c oil
3/4 c orange juice
1 pkg. vanilla sugar
8 apples
5 eggs
cinnamon-sugar mixture
Peel & slice apples.
Layer in a 9×13, sprinkling each layer with cinnamon & sugar.
Combine rest of ingredients and pour on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
