Prepare the Pescado Al Ajillo

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a bowl, combine softened butter, garlic, mustard, parsley, pepper, and salt.

  3. Spray a nine- by 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange fish fillets and brush generously with the butter mixture.

  4. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Serve immediately with lime slices.
