Prepare the Pesto Alfredo Gnocchi

  1. Prepare gnocchi according to package instructions; set aside.

  2. Melt butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flour. Add milk and bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook until sauce thickens.

  3. Add basil and salt and stir until basil cubes melt.

  4. Toss with prepared gnocchi and top with Parmesan when serving.
