A simple cheese sauce turns this quick gnocchi dish into something really special. For more great ideas, watch 4 Amazing Things!
1 (16-ounce) package Tuscanini Gnocchi
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 and 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 whole package Gefen Frozen Basil Cubes
Prepare gnocchi according to package instructions; set aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flour. Add milk and bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook until sauce thickens.
Add basil and salt and stir until basil cubes melt.
Toss with prepared gnocchi and top with Parmesan when serving.
