Marinated Rainbow Salad (see recipe below)
Chili Pepper Spread (see recipe below)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 can Gefen Baby Corn, drained and sliced
1 orange pepper, cut into matchsticks
1 cucumber, sliced into thin rings
1 small red onion, sliced into 1/4 rings
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
4–6 chili peppers, seeded and chunked
2 cups Gefen Mayonnaise
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
Place all vegetables in a sealable container.
In a bowl, combine dressing vinegar, oil, and sugar and mix well. Pour over salad and shake.
Marinate for three hours.
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Blend with an immersion blender for 30 seconds.
