This super easy dough comes out very smooth and rolls out like a dream. The dough does not crack, and is not too dry or too greasy. It has just the right amount of elasticity and give. Perfect for a fruit pie, pecan pie, or as a quiche crust.

Prepare the Pie Dough
1. Mix flour, salt, margarine, and baking powder until crumbly.
2. Add rest of ingredients, mixing only until dough is smooth.
Hi do you know if I can substitute oil for the margarine?
For pie dough, I would not substitute it with oil.
