Ingredients

Pink Drink

  • 1 and 1/4 cups sliced strawberries, divided

  • ice cubes, to fill the pitcher

  • 2 cups Iced Passion tea (such as Tazo, see note)

  • 1 cup Kedem White Grape Juice

  • 1 cup water, sparkling water, or strawberry-flavored sparkling water

  • 1 cup Gefen Coconut Milk, chilled

Directions

1.

Add 1/2 cup strawberries to a pitcher and gently mash until some juice releases and you have smaller pieces of berries. Add ice to fill the pitcher. Add Iced Passion tea, grape juice, and water. Stir.

Add chilled coconut milk and remaining 3/4 cup strawberries, and watch the color swirl to ombre. Serve immediately.

Notes:

Don’t have Tazo Iced Passion tea? You can use any passionfruit tea, steeped and cooled (make it concentrated), or a pomegranate or other red infused tea.
