Fresh and colorful smoothies were never so easy with this gorgeous pink smoothie. A great addition to any summer activity!
1 cup pitaya chunks
1 cup almond milk, or more for a thinner smoothie
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 banana
Almond butter
Coconut shreds
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend on high until smoothie. Add more almond milk if too thick. Top with almond butter and coconut shreds and enjoy!
