What type of cheese is sold in Israel that is most similar to Ricotta?
They sell Ricotta Cheese here in Israel.
You can find ricotta in any of the major supermarkets. Gad dairies make it and has a Reuben Hekcher. I am sure there are others, but this one I am sure of.
