1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit (240 degrees Celsius).
2. Roll pizza dough out to about a quarter of an inch.
3. Combine the ricotta, olive oil, and crushed garlic in a bowl.
4. Spread on rolled pizza dough, leaving room for the crust. Sprinkle with shredded pizza cheese and dried basil.
5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until crust has turned golden brown.
