Italian style chicken with delicious flavors and herbs. It will melt in your mouth
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
a few fresh basil leaves
dry parsley
1 kilo chicken (thighs, drumsticks or full legs)
dry oregano
2 tomatoes
sweet paprika
1 onion
salt, pepper
6 garlic cloves
olive oil for drizzling
1 small red chilli pepper, seeds and ribs removed
Core the tomatoes, make an x at the bottom and boil in small pot with water, for 7 minutes. Then remove the skin.
Slice the tomatoes in half and then thinly slice them and the onions.
Place on the bottom of a large oven dish, then add the chicken on top.
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, paprika and chopped basil.
Place the cherry tomatoes, garlic, and chopped chilli around the chicken.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Cover and cook at 180/350 for 2.5 hours.
Serve hot and enjoy!
