2 cups of seltzer
1 2 ounce package of yeast
1 cup of oil
6 cups of challah flour
1 cup of sugar
Heat seltzer for two minutes. Add the yeast, then half of sugar.
Put the flour in a bowl add the other half of sugar.
Add the oil to the yeast. Then put the yeast into the flour bowl. Mix it. Then let it rise for two hours.
