1 tablespoon of salt
5 large potatoes, grated
4 eggs
1 onion, grated
1/2 cup of avocado oil
1 cup of boiling water
Add all ingredients.
Bake on 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, then bake on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-30 minutes.
Put on hot plate before serving for an “overnight” taste.
