This salad “happens” when a turkey on a pretzel roll sandwich marries a Caesar salad. That’s all there is to it.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons prepared deli mustard
4 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
1/2 cup Kirby cucumbers, sliced in half moons
2 frozen soft pretzels
2 heads Romaine lettuce, chopped
2 cups cubed smoked turkey
Cut frozen pretzels into bite sized pieces.
Heat oil and add garlic. Cook pretzel pieces in garlic-infused oil till crispy. Set aside to cool.
Whisk dressing ingredients and set aside.
In a bowl combine turkey, lettuce, tomatoes and kirbies. Top with pretzel croutons.

Pretzel Salad Hi, this sounds delicious! Is there no liquid in the dressing?
It’s pretty creamy with the mayo. If you want it more liquidy you can add a drop of EVOO.
