Allergens
Diets 2 pounds lettuce
1 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/3 cup water
3 cloves of garlic, crushed or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 box garlic croutons
1 cup Gefen Dried Cranberries (optional)
Combine all ingredients for dressing. Pour over lettuce and mix well.
Prior to serving add almonds, croutons and craisins. Serve chilled.
