Diets A cocktail legend made even lovelier, thanks to a generous helping of Prosecco. The White Lady is a slinky, sophisticated 1920s classic – and so will you be once you’ve sipped one of these!
35 milliliters/1 and 1/2 ounces gin
15 milliliters/1/2 ounce Cointreau
ice
well-chilled Bartenura Prosecco, to top up
15 milliliters/1/2 ounce Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
Pour the gin and Cointreau into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Stir until very cold, then strain into a chilled martini glass.
Top up with Prosecco and the lemon juice and serve at once.
