Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade

Ingredients

Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries (if you don’t use raspberries you can substitute them with any berry)

  • 1 and 1/2 cups sugar

  • 2 cups hot water

  • 1 and 1/2 cups bottled lemon juice, such as Gefen

  • 3 cups cold or room temperature water

  • 6.3 ounces sparkling grape juice, such as Tuscanini

  • 2 cups seltzer

  • ice, as desired

Garnishes

  • lemon

  • lime

  • fresh mint

Directions

1.

Add raspberries to a pitcher and mash them.

2.

In a bowl, mix the sugar and hot water until sugar is dissolved. Pour into the pitcher.

3.

Add lemon juice, water, sparkling grape juice, and seltzer. Stir to combine.

4.

Add ice to your liking and garnish with lemon, lime, and mint.
